Visit with Sasha

Sasha, Lyena, Ryoichiro, and Yoko were in New York, so we all got together at Yuko's place in Williamsburg for lunch. Maya ate the entire time despite having had lunch before we got there. She had a blast and was very hyper while Sasha was very quiet and calm. It had been 4 months since they saw each other and we hope we get together again soon.

Pretty Dresses

The weather was like Summer this weekend so we spent a lot of time outside and Maya got to wear some of her dresses.

Russian Easter

We dyed eggs for Easter but Maya was only interested in trying to eat the dye. I also made roast pork but it didn't turn out great because it was over cooked since we stayed in the park too long.

Finally Spring in Brooklyn

The weather was finally nice this weekend and we spent a lot of time outside. Maya can only take about 9 steps by herself, but she does not enjoy being in the stroller anymore and wants to walk with us on the sidewalk. She can walk pretty fast when we hold her hands.

Kawasaki

Kevin gave Maya this Kawasaki for her birthday and she loves it. She can only go in reverse by herself but she has us pushing her all over the apartment.
